About us

Who is Randy Prange

Our principle is from Indiana. Farm boy. Spent more time with animals and trees than people as a kid. That start in life helped him develop an inquisitive nature. Exploring everything around him. 

He became a professional journalist, writer, photographer, graphic designer, with a keen interest in today and in history. History of everything. Questions about every subject presented to him. 

His inquisitive nature drove him to launch a research business, that added strategic planning, that added advertising and marketing tactics, that added leadership training, that added organizational analysis and lean process improvement, that added customer experience improvement, that added Board of Director education, that all lead to running a 150 million dollar nonprofit organization. And now creating a world-class Spot On Strategies that provides all these resources at reasonable prices to make your organization world class too. Whatever that may mean to you. More than 200 clients made more successful. Thousands of people coached, educated, helped. 

There is an amazing team of people behind every project. They are gathered and relied upon as your need dictates. They make the outcomes a whole lot better. But you don’t pay for them. They are already included in every SOS project.
